Local Pickup and TAT times

Local Pick up

Pick up information is sent via email when your items are ready. Currently, there is one location for pickup (McConnells). You will receive the address for this location in the pick up email.  I do not meet for pickup unless arranged at the time of order.  Please understand that I wear many hats, delivery driver is not one of them :)

McConnells location:  Your item is ready once you receive the email and will placed inside of the pickup box on the front porch.  Please keep things neat when you look for your item.  Smile, because you will be on camera!

Turn Around Time and how orders work

Turn around times vary from 1-3 weeks.  Most items are made to order unless they are purchased in at a sale.

As a reminder, TAT is 14 BUSINESS DAYS (MON-FRI)

Bulk orders are placed on Sundays and production begins upon the arrival of blanks.  Delivery of certain blanks take longer than others and those times vary season to season.

Pre-Order items will have a TAT listed in the description.  

Custom orders vary from 1-6 weeks. 

Please note: Turnaround time refers to the time needed to complete your order and does not include shipping/transit time if your order is being shipped.  TAT begins when your order is placed and your order is place when your payment is received.  As stated in the return policy, no refunds will be given for transit delays or orders that have not exceeded current TAT listed on the website or Facebook VIP.  I take pride in being able to turn around items in the timeframe that is given.  I am a one woman show!
