Local Pickup and TAT times

Local Pick up

Pick up information is sent via email when your items are ready. There are two locations for pickup (Rock Hill and McConnells). You will receive the address for the location that you choose in the pick up email.  

Rock Hill location:  Pick up times are Tues-Sat 10am-5pm.  If you receive an email after 5pm then your item will be available the following day after 10am.  
Suite 140:  This suite is located inside of Signature Suites.  When you enter the building you will go straight down the hallway to the large mirror and turn right.  you will see the pick up box in front of Suite 140.
McConnells location:  Your item is ready once you receive the email and will placed inside of the pickup box on the front porch.

Turn Around Time and how orders work

Turn around times vary from 1-3 weeks.  Most items are made to order unless they are purchased in store.  

Bulk orders are placed on Sundays and production begins upon the arrival of blanks.  Delivery of certain blanks take longer than others and those times vary season to season.

Pre-Order items will have a TAT listed in the description.  

Custom orders vary from 1-6 weeks.
